We moved several GE businesses into a new building
in 1981. The group expanded and contracted over time. We renewed
their lease in that building 3 times and then relocated them
when they outgrew the building capacity.

Powers Phillips LLC |
We relocated this law firm twice, once into a very cost effective,
high end sublease space, and then, when the primary lease expired
and expansion was needed, we found a redeveloped building in the
heart of the business district and were able to please all 7 decision
makers.

were different each time we worked with them as their business

This non profit law firm, specializes in environmental law. We
moved them 4 times over 15 years. Growth and mergers made their
needs and priorities change. Most recently we negotiated a 10 year
lease, taking advantage of low market rates. |
